An empty-nester couple purchased a small ranch house on a beautiful large piece of land, enlisting Cam Scott, architect, to redesign and expand their home. The existing house footprint was mirrored as an addition, with a large central living/dining/kitchen space bridging the gap between the two structures. This open-concept project encompassed design-build assist through final furnishings and installation. We loved the client’s willingness to jump outside the box, which allowed us to create a modern living space with a neutral base & bright pops of color for drama.
