Lori is a native of Boston, Massachusetts, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Massachusetts in Art and Social Studies. Lori previously worked for an international hotel company and her extensive travels, combined with her experience in selling historic to modern hotel rooms was instrumental in developing her early love of design and space planning. Always dreaming of moving South, Lori moved to Charleston, South Carolina in 2015 and earned a degree in interior decorating from Ashworth College. She went on to work as a designer for GDC Home, then later moved to Aiken, South Carolina to be close to family.
Lori has a love for renovating historic homes and her favorite personal projects were a brownstone in Beacon Hill and an 1800’s Ship Captains home in Boston’s historic Back Bay. Lori has been buying and collecting antiques from all periods and styles for many years and describes her own personal style as collected and curated. The best surprise in moving to Aiken has been her newfound love of horses and in her free time, you can find her at the Aiken Equine Rescue where she volunteers her time and helps with their fundraising.
