A magical night at PIRCH!

This week, we teamed up with PIRCH for a very special event at their brand new, 27,000 square foot showroom in Atlanta. PIRCH is a San Diego based company founded in 2009, that specializes in fixtures and high-end appliances for the kitchen, bath and outdoors. Their innovative approach to their customer shopping experience has garnered accolades and honors in the appliance sales arena. A PIRCH showroom is more of an experience than a store, from the moment you enter and are greeted at the high-end Bliss cafe you realize that this isn’t going to be your typical appliance shopping trip. It is PIRCH’s approach to client experience and service that caught our attention at Nandina. This looked like a company that shared our values and approach to the client experience. PIRCH has earned it’s renown, both as a retailer, and for the design of their showrooms, where customers can find products to buy – properly installed and working. Be it a refrigerator, a sink, or a stove, you can actually try out all of the appliances. They will even let you take a test shower in their “sanctuary” room, so you can find the showerhead that is the perfect fit for you (if you dare!).

Walking into PIRCH, one immediately encounters a culture of hospitality and kindness. It is the perfect place to find inspiration – PIRCH inspires its customers to dream. At the top of their grand two-story staircase, PIRCH welcomes visitors at their Bliss Cafe, offering signature complimentary beverages (where all the espresso makers are for sale, of course!). Guests are then invited to embark upon an endless journey of inspired experiences. From design ideas to culinary demonstration, the PIRCH experience is best described as magical. After wandering around and gaining some inspiration, guests can sample some gourmet offerings from one of the in-house chefs, who demonstrate cooking techniques with different kitchen appliances and gadgets. These chefs have been plucked right out of some of the best kitchens in Atlanta – from Bacchanalia to Ray’s Restaurants.

Our night started in “The Patio”, a beautiful area created to look like an outdoor kitchen. We dined on burgers, deviled eggs, and roast beef with figs and cheese. The Lifestyle Experience Advisors were on hand to chat and educate both us and our clients. Following drinks and hors d’ouvres, we were lead on a tour of the stunning space, as the advisors demonstrated the different products and explained how the buying and installation process works. Everybody left feeling absolutely inspired.

Every detail at PIRCH is tailored to those consumers who want a more interactive shopping experience. As a designer, it is a dream to bring a client here. – John Ishmael, Interior Designer

PIRCH is a revolutionary retail concept. It offers a distinctly unique, full-immersion experience for clients seeking the finest in kitchen and laundry appliances, bath fixtures, decorative plumbing and outdoor entertainment products. The Atlanta showroom and staff turn the normally daunting task of shopping for appliances into an absolutely delightful experience. Designers are permitted to rent one of their “dream rooms”, complete with a privacy curtain, conference table, and apple TV, where designers and clients can hammer out the details of their kitchen or bath design. As Designers at Nandina we want to partner with providers that will treat our clients in the same manner that we do. We look forward to sharing the PIRCH experience with our clients and to developing a wonderful relationship with the Lifestyle Experience Advisors at PIRCH.

I have heard a ton about Pirch, I cannot wait to get one locally. The pictures were great and help explain the feeling a lot of articles try to create. I had a bad experience of buying without trying (or doing much research) and ended up needing a lot of help. Fortunately these guys apconline.com were great at helping me DIY the issue. Thanks for the post I have enjoyed reading the blog on/off.
